These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography services provided by Wild Bears Photography. By booking a session, you agree to the terms below.
1. Booking a Session
To book a session, please contact us via the contact form or email. We will confirm availability and send you details including session type, pricing, and what’s included.
A booking is only confirmed once we’ve agreed on a date/time and you’ve received a confirmation email.
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices are clearly stated before booking and may vary based on session type and location.
For most sessions, payment is due on the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash.
We may offer a discounted rate for amateur theatre groups or student actors — just ask.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Image Delivery
You’ll receive a gallery of proofs within 5–7 days of your session.
You can select your preferred images for final editing.
Final edited images will be delivered digitally, typically within 5 working days of selection.
Please let us know if you have a deadline (e.g. for Spotlight or a casting submission).
5. Use of Images
You are free to use your delivered images for personal, professional, and promotional use — including Spotlight, websites, casting submissions, and social media.
Wild Bears Photography reserves the right to use selected images for our portfolio, website, and promotional materials — unless you request otherwise in writing before or after the shoot.
6. Late Arrival
If you arrive late to your session, your shooting time may be reduced. If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, the session may be cancelled without refund.
7. Liability
We take great care during all sessions and editing, but in the rare event of a technical failure, injury, or cancellation beyond our control, liability is limited to the cost of the session.
